Area Manager | Midlands

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing the consultant counters in the Midlands area
  • Setting retail sales and productivity targets per counter 
  • Carrying out regular reviews of the performance, opportunities and challenges in individual stores across your region to ensure an appropriate business strategy is applied
  • Recruiting team members for each counter including strong Account Managers who are able to manage their own business
  • Leading and motivating all team members to exceed retail and CRM targets

Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a management role
  • Experience within the retail market
