Main Responsibilities: 

  • Maintaining and continuously looking to improve customer service levels and ensure the required KPI levels are achieved.
  • Enforced the highest standards of Health and Safety
  • Total responsibility for all on site operational activity 
  • Develop staff by training, mentoring and personal development plans 
  • Set and achieve key performance targets

Skills and Experience required:

  • Experience in the FMCG field 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead, coach and develop a team 
  • Need to have previous experience as a GM
