Internal Recruiter | Oxford

Main responsibilities include:

  • To manage the recruitment process ensuring that we are attracting high quality candidates that fit the individual brands culture and values and that will support the goals
  • To ensure the recruitment process is legally compliant at all times
  • To ensure all open positions have up to date Job descriptions
  • To ensure all open positions are advertised using all available methods including careers website, LinkedIn, recommend a friend, social media channels etc.
  • To manage the interview process from setting up interviews with managers to making job offers
  • To manage and motivate candidates ensuring that plans are effective and targets are achieved
  • To ensure all supporting recruitment tools are accurate and up to date
  • To ensure all candidates receive feedback in a timely and personable manner
  • To be able to advise and train managers in the selection process
  • To evaluate and to make suggestions on continual improvement to the recruitment and selection process
  • To ensure recruitment costs are in line with budget
  • To aid with succession planning
  • To complete exit interviews

Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within talent acquisition
  • Retail/beauty background desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in managing people
  • Works well in a fast paced busy environment
