Restaurant Manager | Birmingham

Main responsibilities:
•    Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
•    Training and supervising staff ensuring everyone is motivated & positive for the day ahead
•    Handling customer enquiries and complaints
•    Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives
•    Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.

Skills and Experience needed:
•    Excellent customer service skills
•    Problem-solving skills
•    Need to have minimum of 2 years Management experience in the FMCG industry
•    The ability to lead and motivate teams and influence people
•    Energy and stamina, as well as resilience
