National Account Manager | Birmingham

Main Responsibilities: 
•    Project manage new business opportunities
•    Develop, manage and leverage the customer relationship, both internally and externally
•    Building a strong customer relationship, responding to complaints and comments
•    Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximise profits

Skills and Experience needed:
•    Experience in FMCG essential and chilled foods is desirable
•    Strong understanding of customer relationship management
•    Strong negotiation skills, natural empathy and willingness to understand, before being understood
•    5 years sales experience / demonstrable success in negotiating with multiple retailers
