Assistant General Manager | Milton Keynes

Main Responsibilities:

•    Ensure effective communication with the front of house team
•    To constantly seek to improve the way the restaurant is run in both day to day and long term
•    To lead from the front
•    Ensuring our guests are cared for to the highest standards
•    Provide excellent customer experiences, acting as a host
•    To take an active role in training ensuring all staff receive the required training in compliance with all statutory and company procedures 

Skills and Experience needed:

•    Need to be approachable and have great peoples skills
•    Need to have Management experience in hospitality
•    Superior customer service skills
•    Ability to work under pressure and at pace
•    Level headed/ sensible and consistent in nature, trustworthy and reliable
•    Ability to effectively communicate at all levels internally and externally
