Recruitment Account Executive | Birmingham

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing 2-3 large client account
  • Recruiting and building relationships with permanent candidates for specific Retail Operation positions
  • Headhunting candidates for specific client needs, provide excellent service, effective communication
  •  Source accurately, update and maintain the recruitment database
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience to candidates
  • Shortlist candidates, telephone interviews, interview preparation

 
You will have:

  • Confidence and influential communication skills
  • Urgent approach to fulfilling vacancies
  • A strong customer service attitude and be a positive team player
  •  The ability to work to deadlines, prioritise workloads and manage time effectively
  • Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  •  Previous recruitment or account management experience in the permanent sector
