Sales Administrator

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Quickly respond to and consolidate daily client queries
  • Create and check weekly shipments (or VIP shipments as needed) to stores in your market, create product lists by shipping method, loop jewellery, print cards and transfer to shipping
  • Work closely with the production and logistics teams to anticipate delivery timelines and ensure smooth on-time delivery
  • Calculate quotes for client special orders, remounts and VIP requests
  • Assist Sales Liaison Manager in the planning and execution of merchandising and allocation schedule for special exhibitions, new store openings and periodic evaluation of store displays/backstock
  • Communicate with Sale Directors and Sales Executives to gain market knowledge and product feedback
  • Ensure customers expectations are exceeded at all times

 

Skills and Experience:

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Proactive and independent problem solver with accuracy and attention to detail
  • This is a pressurised role often having to react instantly to commercial requests by phone and email
  • Must be able to solve problems on a timely manner and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Enthusiastic, organised forward thinking, keen to learn new skills and develop existing talents
  • Computer literacy: must be proficient of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
