Duties include:
•    ‪Full 360 role
•    Business development through cold calling
•    Winning and developing new client business
•    ‪‪Building and maintaining relationships with clients
•    Generating leads and gathering market intelligence
•    Resourcing and headhunting candidates
•    ‪Arranging and attending client meetings
•    ‪Writing and posting job adverts
•    ‪Reviewing CV applications
•    ‪Searching our in-house CRM database for candidates
•    ‪Managing end-to-end recruitment assignments
•    ‪Negotiating offers
