HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with UK and corporate teams to implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Develop and review employee policies and procedures; implementing improvements where necessary
  • Provide professional HR leadership across the organisation
  • Manage ER issues: disciplinaries, grievances, absenteeism, training and resourcing, performance and attendance improvement
  • Implement review structures and L&D programmes 
  • Complete responsibility of the people strategy from design to execution using corporate guidelines
  • Oversee and manage appraisal systems that drives high performance
  • Manage day-to-day HR functions and administration operations including payroll, benefits, employee safety and welfare to ensure an efficient and timely service
  • Manage recruitment and on-boarding, ensuring the attraction of top talent  

Skills/Experience Required

  • CIPD qualified or degree educated
  • 5+ years of HR generalist/Business Partner
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in working in a luxury fashion or FMCG environment is highly desirable
  • Ability to maintain and develop strong influential working relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the business
  • Highly organised to deliver workloads in pressurised environment
